Default What does everybody think about...

...eating a homemade flax-o-meal breakfast on induction. If it only has 1 effective carb minus the fiber, is it bad for induction. It is not on the list for induction but Atkins does mention Flax as a good thing. ..........................Thanks..B

Hello =) My personal opinion would be that it would NOT be allowed. Only because Dr. Atkins is very strict about the exact foods to eat on induction. Then after induction its a big GO! Lots of fiber and healthy for you. Induction only has to last 2 weeks, so right after that you could try it and if no interruption in your weight loss I'd say you're safe with it.
