Default Allergies.

I have seen that some people here suffer various forms of allergies.

I have suffered very badly with hay fever every year for the past 34!

Last year I found the Rooibus Tea from South Africa (Redbush Tea in English), helps a lot. My symptoms are reduced to near zero so long as I don't lay out on grass.

I haven't used it to combat the effects of food allergies, but I know some people find this successful.

I like the taste of this tea when taken with a slice of fresh lemon, and I drink it year round. It is widely available in UK supermarkets.

I hope that this help some of you.

Mike

hi Mike,

I have some rooibos tea in my cupboard .. it is wonderful I've heard good things about its ability to settle a queasy stomach, and safe to use even for colicky babies. It's supposed to have more antioxidants than green tea even. I hadn't heard of the anti-allergy effect though.

Here's some reliable info. about rooibos tea ::
