I decided to start up a separate journal to track my exercise. It's been really sporadic and I'd like to get into a regular pattern and stop making excuses. Easier said than done sometimes, but there's always a 1/2 hour after the kids are in bed for me to hop on the treadmill or workout on my BowFlex Xtreme.
So here's my first entry!
Wednesday, October 22 - 30 minutes on treadmill, rolling hills program.
