Hi kmwebb,

Welcome to the forum and our exciting WOL!

Your menu looks very good. I'm really impressed with the variety. You won't get bored eating like that!

Only caution would be the fajitas. Sometimes the seasoning can contain carbs. I waited until after induction to eat tacos and fajitas at a restaurant. At home my DW made them with chile powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Good stuff!!!

Good luck!!

BrewWa

Oh, don't forget to drink your water!!

Default Thanks!

I made the chicken fajitas at home so I THINK they were safe!?!
AND...don't worry...I am drinking enough water to float a boat!

I DO try to make different things and have even gotten my hubby to participate SOMEWHAT. (He ate the tortilla!!!)

I am open to any and ALL suggestions!

Thumbs up Lettuce, lettuce and some more lettuce

Looks like you got the plan well under control. Do find a way to eat lettuce salads though, don't skimp on them. Lettuce has less carbs than other veggies and you can eat a ton of it.

Congrats to your good start.

Looks like you've got the hang of it...keep your meals interesting and plentiful!! You should never be hungry or bored. How's that for a "diet"???
