Angry can anyone suggest a facial exercise?

Help please! I've had this horrible double chin all my life, even when I I've been at my lowest adult weight (130lbs). Surgery cost a fortune to correct it. Does anyone know of an exercise that might help tighten it up and give me jawline?

This may help you out http://www.ivillage.com/diet/expert...06926%2C00.html

also, have you looked into a non-surgical chin lift or laser instead of the traditional sort of plastic surgery.

Thank you for the link Vicky! The part about pressing against my hand sounded wierd but I did feel the muscles in my neck when I tried it so I'll give it a try. Like you said, it can't hurt. And I am doing cardio three times a week so maybe that will help too. One option I discussed with a doctor is liposuction in the area but he seemed to think it would have limited results and while less expensive than surgery it was still pretty pricy too. If I were willing to pay that much I'd pay a bit more and get the whole proceedure. I'll try the exercises and hope for the best. Thanks again .

Hi

Another exercise is to:

1.Relax (drop) your shoulders. Open your mouth very wide as if yawning.

2. Holding that pose, tilt your head right back onto your shoulders.

3. Now bring your bottom lip up and try to touch your bottom lip to your nose.

4. Hold for some seconds.

5. Still holding, slowly bring your chin down so you are facing forward (back to starting position).

6. Open mouth and Repeat.

You should feel your throat muscles working. Do this 3 times every morning and evening.

Good luck

Judy
