Default Woosh Fairy Visited Me!

After a few weeks of eating too much frankenfoods, I decided to go back to basics and I cut out all the frankenfoods. Within two days I had lost 3lbs! I always knew that those foods made me stall, but I never realized how much... They also bring on terrible cravings which were pure torture for about 2 days when I first cut that stuff out.

In other good news, when I started this WOE I wore size 24 shirts. Now I'm down to 18/20 after losing 45lbs! My DH is getting jealous because I keep getting (having) to buy clothes and now he wants new clothes too...

Size 14/16, here I come!....

That's fantastic! Congrats! I know I'm eating way too many frankenfoods myself, and I've definitely stalled. I'll try the same thing! That's fantastic about your weightloss! Keep up the good work!

This is great! I haven't lost anything this week. I read your post right after I weighed. I have been eating the frankenfoods too. I think I will try to cut it out and see what happens. Thanks for your post! It gave me the inspiration to keep going. Hang in there!

Keep it up. I found when I stalled a few months back that cutting out all those extras really did help.

Ditto, Jen. I played with the same 5 lbs all through the fall and into the New Year after beginning a dangerous liaison with frankenfoods. Once I cut them out, I headed for goal lickety-split!

Congralations and keep up your hard work!

Frankenfoods are the "Low Carb" alternatives to forbidden foods that quite often have large amounts of no-no ingredients (sugar, sugar alcohols, etc....). While they seem like a great idea at the time, many people get stalled while eating them, or find that they cause cravings that real foods inhibit.
