Default tryed lo-carb bar

I picked up one of those lo-carb peanutbutter bars yesterday after a long day of shopping in the crazy ,crowded Hamptons. I had a big scoop of tuna salad in the am before I left so I was hungry, hot and impatient because of all the traffic, so when I was in waldbaums, I came across them and bought one for the first time. I ate in the car on the way home. It will be a good snack for tom time since I get choc. cravings around that time but after not eatting chocolate for a couple of months it was super sweet, too sweet.
The overall flavor was better then I had expected it would be. I won't make a habit of them because I know they can stall you , plus it was 2.69 per bar. WOW! So I'll just keep them in mind for tom time or a special treat now and again. flutterbye

I will eat one of those bars when it is an emergency situation, like when the only other choice is high carb and I have to eat NOW! They have saved me a few times, but I wouldn't make them a staple food.
