I think I have been eating too much fat and not enough protein..Yikes
I started on Wednesday.
I have been using fitday.com to calculate my calories and my carb grams:
Day 1: 2222 calories; Total Carbs 16 g Net Carbs 12 g ; Protein 153 g (27%), Fat 174 g (70%)
Day 2: 1523 calories; Total Carbs 26 g, Net Carbs 19 g ; Protein 85 g (23%), Fat 121 g (72%)
Day 3: 1314 calories; Total Carbs 26 g, Net Carbs 19 g ; Protein 69 g (21%), Fat 106 g (73%)
What do you guys think? Appreciate some advice.
