Question Fat intake

I just started using the fit day site, unfortunately I discovered I haven't been getting enough anything carbs barely 20, fat(30)
calories(not even 500). This is what i basically eat everyday.

64oz's plain water minimum, 2 bottled crystal lites or friut20's.
turkey burger- plain
spinach or broccoli- plain
salad- plain
2 eggs- half slice of cheese
sf - freeze pop (splenda) 5 calories, o carbs

What are some ways to get more of everything? especially fats?

Thanks

Heavy cream always shoots me up. I have it in coffee, or whipped with DiVincci syrup. Avacados are also high in fat. Macadamia nuts, sour cream, cream or marscapone cheese, beef, pork and other high fat meats, and of course cooking with butter and olive oil.

My hardest thing has been remembering the butter. Before I wouldn't touch the stuff. If you think LC in resteraunts, try ordering unbuttered toast. Eggs are also a wonderful source of fat and cals as well as nutrients.
