trouble with the board?

When I tried to get into the board, it said that my user name is invalid and wouldnt let me in... I created a new profile and got in, but I see that the board isnt working the same way as usual.

What is happening?

Hi Holly,

There's no problem that I'm aware of. What might have happened is a mistyped password, or wrong capitalization (it is case sensitive).

To get your old password, simply log out, click profile, and click the link that says "Forgotten your password?". It will email you the information.

I had this problem when I tried to use the board from a "foreign" computer (i.e., somebody else's workstation). The board did not know it was me, I think. I've never had this problem on my own systems, either at work or at home.
