Protein shakes
Hi people!!!
I have been doing a general LC plan and have lost most of my weight but I'm starting to feel like some "rewards" so I thought I'd give CAD a proper shot.
Question: I've been having protein shakes made with 100g of ricotta cheese (0.6g cabs) and 2 scoops of shake mix (1.7g carbs total) for breakfast. Would this be good for CAD? It isn't mentioned in the book, although you seem to be allowed any food with less than 4g carbs per serving....
Any insight?
