saturday weigh in
I was scared to death to get on the scales this morning. I was really good the last 2 days except the couple slices of pumpkin cheese cake I was amazed when the scale said I actually lost 3 pounds I had leftovers for lunch and dinner yesterday....stuffed myself! I had made the mock mashed potatoes (I like cauliflower more anyway) and made the stuffing with pork rinds. The stuffing was actually really good. If you make it, just make sure you crush them into little pieces. Nobody could tell that it wasn't from bread! I've only lost the 3 pounds this month, but the inches are coming off!!! When I started dieting on Sept. 1 I was 187. I switched to the Atkins on Nov. 1 at 176. I've lost a total of 3 inches in my hips, 3 1/4 inches in my waist and 3 inches in my thighs!!!!! Someone said the the pounds might not be coming off, but the inches will. It's true.....keep measuring! I don't know how that works, but it does and I'm not complaining!!! I'm doing the happy dance this morning Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday.
