Breakfast
3 oz ground almonds
2 eggs
1/4 cup double cream
3 good teaspoons Splenda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
a few drops vanilla essence
Basically mix the wet ingredients together well then add the almonds. Leave the mixture to sit until it's gloopy enough to make the thick American style pancakes.
Fry one up first to see how it tastes. I did have to add more Splenda. Then I added a bit of water to thin the batter down a bit.
Fry in melted butter until golden on both sides.
Good hot or cold!
