Question Body For Life

Can someone please give me a briefing on the Body for Life
Program?

I would appreciate it.

Curious how it works....Do they sell a book on BFL?

Thanks

www.bodyforlife.com Yep, you can get Bill Phillips book at Walmart cheap. Lots of people here do BFL, go look at some of the stickies in the BFL section here And feel free to ask questions too.

Body for Life is great! What's nice is that you see good results very quickly and you get energy quickly. I like setting goals and Bill Philipps emphasises that. I am using Schwarzbein Principle for eating, it is similar to BFL but is more what I'm looking for.

Jon, BFL is low fat / mod carb/ mod protein as written (the ratios are 40/40/20 i.e. p/c/f ) It can be low calorie, but has a built in free day to compensate. It shouldn't be low calorie though - just as LC shouldn't be low calorie (but often is).

Many of us do BFL but use higher carb LC eating - how to go about this is explained in a sticky at the top of this forum "BFL and LC, tips and hints"
