Talking Found LC cereal

I thought I put this as a separate thread (but will add it to the LC food in UK Supermarkets thread too), I think it deserves some attention.

Yesterday spent long time in FreshLands health food store on Old Street (London) and found really really low carb cereal called Zwicky made of soya beans (here's the product description http://www.zwicky.ch/indexe.htm). It's made in Switzerland and costs something around £2 for a box (around 11 servings). 1 serving (33g) contains only 6g carbs . It's organic and contains no additives, and SOOO yum. I had it with whipping cream (diluted with water) and some sweetener. I didn't have any fruit, but I think it will be delicious with some strawberries. The big bonus is it contains a lot of fiber, can't remember exactly, but will check.

That sounds great. Thanks Ella. Make a change from my usual omelette for breakfast.

Smile more info

Yes, I sometimes fancy something different from eggs in the morning. It will save some time for me too when I'm in a rush.

The name of the store is actually "Fresh & Wild" it's right outside of the Old Str. tube station.

Just went there and got some more.

Here's the info:
