Respectfully, I'd have to disagree with that. Doc A sites many cases with and without exercise involved, all participants lost pounds. I know that some folks, men in particular, are very resistant, and have strange metobolic responses to Atkins. I happen to also be in this group. Fof me, however, I am trying to focus on the little blobs of ponch that are no longer there, and not so much on the scale.
