Default Red River Cereal??

Is Red River Cereal ok on SP? - I'm not sure if this might be a "Canadian" cereal but it's a mix of several grains and gets cooked like oatmeal. There is nothing added just the grains.

As long as it's whole grains (which is what it sounds like) it would be fine. Just go by the carb count on the package.

Red River cereal is very good for you. I love it. It is pure whole grains, and is full of flax seeds which have many health benefits. It's also loaded with fiber.
RR cereal is hard to find in the states, I used to have my Mom bring me some from her trips to Canada. Now, they have it at my local HyVee.

Red river is wonderful. I eat it all the time but in moderation. So no more huge bowls full but rather some on the side.
