Default using food for comfort again

This has been the worst week ever.

We had our Thanksgiving on Sunday I blew it

Mon-Wed I low carbed very well

Thursday(thankgiving) My parents came over and I blew it again

Friday and Sat I did okay

Now here I am a week later on Sunday and I had pizza and Captain Crunch.

I'm so afraid I have gone to far and I won't be able to get back.

I have made it 4 mon and lost 29 lbs. I look and feel better then I have in a long time.
Things here have been very stressful and I always used food for comfort. I think I have once again feel back into that trap.

I'm going to try and go back on induction again starting tomorrow.

I hope I can do it.

I sure feel for you. I have used food for comfort too, so I know how it is. But I think ( I don't want to sound trite here but) because you look and feel so much better by losing the weight you have you will have a certain amount of determination to keep on. Try and get evrything out of the house that will tempt you and get yourself out of the house. Drink lots of water. Write in your journal. Remember the sugar/carb hangovers you used to get.

don't just do this for yourself....do it for all of us here....we are all supporting each other and in each one of our small successes (like getting back on track tomorrow) is a success that will motivate the next person.....you can do it for all of us--
