Default Diet Soda No Carb No Aspertame

Here's another hint for the newbies... Check out DIET-RITE. It not only has NO CARBS, NO ASPERTAME, NO SUGAR, and NO CAFFIENE,.. they offer it in several flavors including Cola, Tangering (taste like orange soda), Strawberry Kiwi, Raspberry amd a White Grape. It's good..
Also,.. I found a store brand (Food Club) diet, sugar free, ginger-ale here in Tennessee with no aspertame. Check the store brands!

Check store brands in several items... I found our store brand beef franks only have 1 carb each,.. most of the "name" brands had 3 or more. Plus they are considerable less $$. and they are very good!

Still looking for that "store brand" no carb, no sugar pecan pie. (LOL)

Default can't find it

Anyone know if the foods Chuck mentioned are available in Canada (specifically calgary)? I would love one of those diet-rite things (after induction? during? hmm?)
Let me know!

Heather

I've only ever seen Diet Rite Cola and not very often. President's Choice has some products that are sweetened with Splenda instead of aspartame - iced tea & some fruit flavoured drinks.

It's also a good idea to read labels on meat products. Call me cynical, but I like to check what's in them and am sceptical about carb counts, especially if they say zero. Watch out for sugar in all its disguises and filler such as toasted wheat crumbs (=bread).
