This is how I make it.

This is so much better than that crap you can buy in the grocery store.
4 tablespoons minced garlic
2 bunches fresh basil, stems removed
3 ounces pine nuts
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup olive oil
Place the garlic in your food processor and process until it is finely minced. Add the basil, pine nuts and parmesan cheese and set the processor to continuously. Slowly dribble in the oil until the mixture forms a paste. You may not need all of the oil or you may need more.
