Unhappy i cheated !

i was doing so well, holding the course even though my weight initially went up 3 pounds, then i lost 5 down to 178, then yesterday...

i went to the gym on an empty stomach and after 45 minutes of cardio, felt woozy...

went to whole foods, grocery store around the corner, thinking "i may as well pick up eggs, cream cheese and other stuff i need while i am in the neighborhood"...

walked by the fruit and sampled a nectarine (yum, but why?), walked throught he bulk food aisle to buy some psyllium and flax seed and wound up eating a piece of toffee and a chocolate covered caramel ...

then went home and drank wine!

sigh. i woke up back at 180 today, feeling terrible (physically and emotionally)...

had my coffee with cream and splenda, slice of soy protein bread with cream cheese for breakfast...

back on the horse again.

Don't be so hard on yourself. What you have done is caused a water retention...drink tons of water to flush yourself out and look forward. I want to congradualte you for getting back in line so quickly, usually these stumbles start to trigger cravings....and then there's trouble.

Good for you for taking control back!!

Red face thanks cin

it does help to realize i haven't "ruined everything" and that it's only human to fall down every once in a while...

don't take this the wrong way, but i hope not to be back here (in the confessional) for a looooong while! see you on the "outside"
