Unhappy Ketosis

Ok I have a question, this is my menu for today, for breakfast I had 3 slices of bacon and 4 deviled eggs,(that's two whole large eggs)
for lunch I had tuna w/lots of mayo on 1 cup lettuce
and for dinner I had 1cup cabbage with lots of butter and steak with butter. I have been measuring my salads when I have them and I use the carb solutions ranch dressing from wishbone. Oh I also used the lowerys carb solutions steak sauce. So do any of you have any Idea why I'm only showing a trace on the strips. Maybe I had a little too much steak, will too much protien stop ketosis, or give you only a trace? My strips were darker yesterday and I had more salad.
I have no idea what it could be. Any Ideas?
Tammy

You really shouldn't worry too much about the strips. I know they can be addictive, but they aren't that great an indicator of what's going on with your body. And a dark strip means you are not getting enough water, so that's not good. IF you are going to use them, aim for pink.

Honestly though I'd say, just toss them. Use fitday (www.fitday.com) to record what you eat and go by that.
