Default low-carb "noodles"

Hi gang,

I did this the other day on a whim and it turned out quite good. I just sliced a low carb tortilla into very thin strips and added them to the soup pot about a minute before I served it. They did not go all mushy and disintegrate, much to my surprise. They held their shape all the way to the bottom of a very large bowl. I will definitely try this again when I need a "noodle".

Hey, great idea! That would be perfect for chicken "noodle" soup.

Yep, those tortillas are very high fiber (1 regular tortilla has 3g carb and 6g fiber!).

They're pretty sturdy
