I use tantia, but agree they aren't worth it. Mine can vary as much as 7%. One time I checked my BF, went and watched a movie drinking only water, then rechecked out of a lark. I lost 2 pounds but gained 2% BF :P
Lately it has been a lot more stable though. I think it's a matter of the lower your body fat, the more accurate it can be, or at least the more stabe (I hope it's not right or I have alot of weight to lose yet, which I probably do)
