Default How accurate are the protein and carb counts at fitday.com?

The numbers work out different than the calculations from the charts in the PP book. Is fitday.com reasonably accurate?

According to my breafast calculations, I had
17.86 P and 5.27 C

Fitday caculates it at
26P 12 C

Fitday found carbs from bacon and swiss cheese that I had not accounted for and protein in cauliflower which I had not accounted for, plus more in the swiss cheese

Wondering because it could be a really easy way to keep track of daily meals.

*LOL* I love the new eating, I hate the new math.

What was the fiber count according to fitday? As I recall, PP uses the Effective Carb Coubt for their numbers - that is carbs minus fiber.

yup, that's it. Didn't see the fibre at first at fitday. Carbs-fibre = my ECC calcs from the PP charts.
