Question Which comes first?

Hey everyone, I have a question about whether you should eat before or after training. When I exercise I never know if I should eat after or if I should just eat before. However the problem with that is I am usually hungry after training. But I'm hungry before and need energy to workout. Which ever comes first could I please have some advice on what food would be good for before and after training.

Thanx
Micha

Depends what type of exercise and when you exercise.
Cardio in the AM empty. Weightlifting definatly eat some protein before.
