Smile Houston we have a problem!

My husband thinks I am nuts, Just this week I have ordered Prep H from Canada and a skin smoothing brush. I have way too much time on my hands being a stay at home Mom of two babies. I can't wait until spring to get them outside.

What crazy things are you doing on this plan?

I looked for that type of brush in a drugstore the other day and didn't find it. I wonder if my loofah would work as well? But, I'm just not crazy enough to try the Prep H yet, LOL. Actually, I've heard that models put it on their eyelids when puffy. They can't be too crazy, look at all the money they make, LOL--Gail

You don't need any kind of special brush for skin-brushing...just buy one of the $2 long-handled shower brushes from Wal-Mart. I did skin brushing for quite some time and while I'm not sure it did anything for my cellulite or loose skin, it definitely did make my skin baby-soft all over. It's from the exfoliation and it felt great. I need to start that again so I'm super-soft and smooth for springtime!

Preparation H? Now I don't know about that....

I bought a natural bristle long handled brush at Walmart today for just 94 cents!

I'm going to try the skin brushing, if it doesn't help my loose skin then at least it will feel good where my skin gets all itchy when I am losing weight!
