I've found a new brand of white bread here in the Cincinnati area, available at the big grocer in town. Natural Grains makes it, called Hearty White Reduced Calorie Enriched Bread. Only 8 grams digestible carbs per slice which is about half what the other part of the family is eating. But I'm concerned that since it has the same enriched wheat flower as other white breads, am I reverting to the same old problems?
