Hi. I'm new to this and have trouble staying on any diet. Need some suggestions , work shift and live alone

Jonesy, I think you should post this question on another board and maybe you will get some response. Do you use fit-day to post your food and plan what to eat? I've found that that helps me alot.

How about starting a journal here? That way others can "call in" with helpful suggestions and lots of support.

Have a good look around here. Check out Low Carb Tips on the orange bar at the top of the screen for lots of good advice.

Jonesy,
Now living alone should make this way of eating/way of life a breeze. Living alone you have no one to have to have high carb foods in the house for.
I totally agree with Rosebud, start a journal and Lordy Mercy, you will get so much help you will have to fail only if you want to.
