It's entirely up to you Lorena, how this hand plays out. You were offered help and advice in the last thread you posted. We take you seriously enough to reply, so why don't you take us seriously by doing what was suggested.

We cannot live your life or make decisions for you. The insanity you're experiencing is because you're doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results.

Get off the pot and JUST DO IT!

I am fairly new to low carbing but I would be starving if I ate so little. I have read numerous times on here that you must eat. Maybe your not eating enough.

A few things...

Reading and following PP would be a great idea. You can calculate your minimum daily protein requirement and there are guidelines and suggestions for how to follow the plan re: protein and carbs.

You shouldn't ever have to wonder when you should eat. Eat when you are hungry. If you are drinking enough water, you won't be confusing thirst for hunger.

Go to the Journal section under "S" and start a food journal. Record in it every day without fail.

I love tomatoes too, but if what you've posted any indication of the way you generally eat, you should be eating more greens and green vegetables. Also, you're barely eating enough. This could be the cause of your stall.

You say you are following Atkins, but it is not indicated that you have read Atkins in your profile. Have you?
