Smile I made it through 2 weeks of induction!

I was feeling so frustrated not losing much weight - but keeping off the NyQuil has really made a difference. I've lost 3 lbs the last couple of days! My pants are "stretching" and someone told me yesterday that it looks like I'm losing weight.

I've lost 6 lbs on induction, and my pants are getting some folds of material near the waistline!

Well done gail, just keep it up. I'm on my 6th day of induction and have lost 6lbs, I thought I would miss fresh bread but have no cravings at all, best diet I've been on

I always seem to lose weight quickly on any diet but this is the first one where I have had no cravings

Smile Oh well!!

We all seem to be around the same weight!! I was back on induction 2 weeks ago today. Three slip-ups and 7lbs gone so far.

Still plugging away! I did not have a good holiday weekend. Way to many spoonfuls of this and that.

Back on today! Moderate ketosis!

Thumbs up Mega Congrats

I'm following right behind you. This Friday will be the end of my first two weeks. I'm thinking of doing induction through December though, so I have no chances of falling off the wagon.

Default Great job and thank you everyone

This is such a great board - I could never have survived 2 weeks of induction, bronchitis, and Thanksgiving without you!

I think I'll keep at induction levels through December too!
