Default to sweat or not to sweat

I am doing a TKD. I understand the small carb up should be low fat, high glucose. My question is this...what factors (other than work out intensity) would affect the amount of sweating that one does? In other words, there are some days when I am sweating buckets after a workout and on others, doing an even more difficult and lengthier routine, I am not. The carb ups differed only in amount. Did I eat too much?

maybe the temperature in the room you are working out in is different? where i lift, one day it will be hotter than hell, another chilly, and then the next it will be humid. but i sweat a lot no matter what

Hi Iowa! I think I tend to sweat more when I am doing quads, hams and calves than say biceps, triceps and shoulders. Could it be that different body parts?

Or perhaps sometimes your body has to work harder for say a weaker body part versus a stronger on. Maybe?

Just a suggestion.

I think I do sweat more when working the upper body.

Has anyone else noticed a difference when TKDing?

I get really HOT when I have dextrose pre-lifting and then do legs, especially if it was otherwise a low-carb day.
