Unhappy Low carb Quinine tonic

Hi all, I'm new to the group. I am looking for a U.S equal to the Great Britian Schewepps Indian tonic or Slimeline tonic. I use it with vodka. It might have a few carbs, but it's a lot better than my old friend, Beer. or martinis.

8 more pounds to go

Hi Ed,

Look for diet tonic water.

We do have Schweppes here in Canada though. I checked their website but it's not available in the states. You may want to try Fresca or another lemon-lime flavoured diet soda with your vodka.

Congrats on your success!

Karen

The Western Family brand of Diet Tonic has been found in the Pacific Northwest, sweetened with aspartame.

Schweppes and Canada Dry brand Diet Tonics have been spotted in Northern CA at least, sweetened with saccharin.

Angry However, in Alberta ....

Whenever I travel to BC I bring back lots of diet tonic water as I have NEVER seen it for sale anywhere in Alberta.

I find it very sweet, so I cut it with soda. Love me a good G&T.

Janice
