Hi- I am wondering how many low-carbers here have been doing this way of eating for 5, 10 or more years. How is your over all health,etc.? Thanks

I have been lc'ing for 3 years now. Just had my first blood work done last week and I get the results tomorrow. Its not the 10 yrs you were asking for but I will let you know if the doctor thinks I am as healthy as I feel

Thanks WendyLynn! I will watch for your results. So far after 1 month on low-carb my tests improved. I am interested in hearing from you because you are way ahead of me in this way of eating. I find that this is a easy way for me to eat because I have always loved butter and cream but thought I had to avoid them.

How about 4.5 years? I'm in better health and in better mental shape then I was in my 20's.
