does anyone use the keto sticks? what color should you be?

I use ketostix. Less now than when I started, but I still use them. Anywhere in the positive (pink to purple) range would indicate fat burning.

Some people swear by them. Others say they are no indicator of weight loss as they have stalled on pink and lost on beige.

They aren't expensive, so grab some if you would like. It's kind of fun to see that little stick turn pink for the first time during Induction.
