Default Vitamins and supplements..

Okay...I know I need to be taking a vitamin and some sort of supplements and at 33 years old, I should have BEEN taking them, but I haven't and I am HORRIBLE at taking medications or any sort of pills on a regular basis.

But, I want to do this right and that means learning to take my vitamins. Can anyone tell me what they are using? What do you suggest in the way of supplements? I know calcium is something I have to start taking, is there anything else?

Thanks!..Lisa

Lisa, I've moved your post to the Nutrition & Supplements forum and I've dug up a couple of past discussion on this topic. You'll find information on the basics and a few of the more 'specific' supplements. If you dig around this forum further you'll find a lot more information

Magnesium / Calcium / Potassium

What supplements for LCing?

How many vitamins are really necessary?

Nat

Default Hi lisa

I haven't been in the habit of taking supplements...
But.. I find that they help so much with my moods and cravings.. I just remember..
You could try to get one of those week packs..
fill it up.. and take it with meals.
I don't know..
I just know I feel so good..its a great insentive to remember.
Poofie!
