Sore throat

Can anyone tell me a good low carb cough syrup or lozenger. All the ones I have are full of sugar and my throat is killing me!

I'm afraid that they all have some carbs in them, but I tend to use Halls sugar-free or N'ice lozenges...at least they're sugar-free and not too high in carbs...maybe 1 gram each. You could also try gargling with salt water...1 tsp to a glass of warm water. My DH swears by this when he has a sore throat...just don't swallow it!

Thanks alot Lisa. I will get some lozengers for work and save the salt water gargle for home. I dont think it would be good to have a spit bucket beside my desk
