Default Do you limit when you can eat?

Does anyone put restrictions on when or how long they can eat? I for example limited myself to 9:00pm. Nothing is allowed after that time except liquids. I usually go to sleep around 11:30 or so on a work night. If it is a weekend and I am staying up later I might give myself a *little* leeway, but not much.

Just curious if anyone else imposes rules like that upon themselves.

OG

As of yesterday, I am not eating after dinner.

I had my dessert at 4:30 My mother would definitely not approve! You only get dessert after you have cleaned your dinner plate, you know.

I try not to eat between meals, but allow myself a legal snack sometimes when the kids have their dinner.

I go to bed at 10 pm most nights, so I try not to eat after 8:30 since sleeping with food in my stomach is uncomfortable. And I make myself eat a snack at around 2:30, otherwise, I am more likely to binge in the evening.

I don't eat just before going to bed, but that's to avoid indigestion and really has nothing to do with my diet. I do have a number of rules I (try to) impose on my drinking, though, as that is where I am most likely to be "naughty."

I eat when I hungry, sometimes I eat SF Jello in bed at 10 pm!! My schedule is so wacky with the dog training that sometimes I don't eat dinner until 8 p.m. some nights.

I originally tried not to eat after 9 pm, but since I usually don't get home from the gym until 9:45 or 10:00 PM, I had to change that. I always crave a snack after the gym. But, I keep it as light as possible, some SF Jello or something to avoid any ulcer agitations at night.

I eat 5 times a day. 3 main meals and 2 snacks. I try never to eat after 8pm. I eat even if I don't feel hungry. If I'm not hungry I just don't eat much. Eating this way I never get hungry and I'm always satisfied.

I try not to eat between the time I get home from work and dinner....so let's say 4-6pm....if I do, I'm not hungry come dinner time and then I tend to eat later at night....which I'd rather not do as I find I wake up starving if I eat close to bedtime.

My "cut-off time" is 5:30 pm. I don't eat after that at all.
