Question Hi!

This is totally new to me so I hope I am doing this correctly.
I have been doing Atkins since July and I have lost 24 pounds!
I am excited about my progress but I have a few questions that I hope can be answered here. I am training for a marathon that will be run in January.
I have run several marathons before so the training is not an issue.
My running has not seemed to suffer one bit from the low carbing (my longest training run so far has been 16 miles.) Now that I am beginning to get in to the higher mileage for my training to run 26.2 I am wondering if I can continue low carbing safely.
Any ideas?
