Oprah

I happened to watch Oprahs show yesterday too. It was her style of Low Carb and it is working for her. She also does quite a bit of exercise.

I like this program also and seems we are hearing so much anymore about how it is accepted so much more. I have a physical in February and will be anxious to see how my test all turn out.

Gool Luck with the physical, Windy. I had one last June and the doctor was extremely pleased. All my numbers had come down.
