I'm not sure I'm posting this in the right place, but I needed the info today and it took forever to find it, so here it is for anyone who wants it....nothing concrete, but gave me an idea to plan with before I went out to eat. [/COLOR]

Salads & Sides - At your request, we’ll hold the bread unless your fellow diners can eat it.
Dressings - Ranch Dressing, Blue Cheese Dressing, Caesar Dressing, Olive Oil & Red Wine Vinegar
House Salad - Order without croutons. Include cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese and onion if your carbohydrate count allows
Caesar Salad - Order without croutons
Queensland Salad - Order without croutons. Add cheese, tomatoes and almonds if your carbohydrate counts allows
Entrée Caesar Salad - Order without croutons. Add grilled shrimp or chicken
Steamed Broccoli - Order without butter if your carbohydrate counts allow
Sautéed Mushrooms - Order if your carbohydrate counts allow
