Question Which vitamins do you take?

I was wondering what kind of vitamins everyone takes. I am currently taking Womens One A Day and a carnitine tablet every day. I know Dr Atkins has many vitamins and oils for sale but what do they do and are there cheaper versions. Do the vitamins he has speed up weight loss? I would doubt that but have to ask.

Dr. Atkins gives you the breakdown of what is in his vitiamins in his DANDR book so that you can find something comparable. I take GNC vitiamins but started out on One A Day. I also take potassium, magnesium, calcium, and Vit. C supplements. Hope this helps!

I take what Dr Atkins recommended. Basic 3, essential oils and dieters advantage. I think the dieters advantage helps with the weight loss. I hope this helps

I take a One a Day for women..a B-complex..and calcium+D

I used to work in a GNC health food store, so I know a little bit about supplements. NO offense intended , but I think alot of it is a bunch of Hype.

Read the labels..see what the ingredients are..compare..study...you can waste ALOT of $$ on supplements that are really not that much different then what you could get at Walmart.

nuf said..hope I didn't tick off any hard core Atkins fans

I take potassium and magnesium/calcium. For the moment this is plenty for me however, I am considering using one a day dieters vitamins. I used to take iron supplements because of anemia. I stopped taking them when I started Atkins. When I had my bloodwork done in February my iron was fine.
