Cheese on Toast
You just reminded me of one of my favourite meals.
Toast one side of a slice of bread. Turn it over, spread thickly with grated cheese, spices (garam masala, red chilli, jeera - fresh green chilli and lots of fresh corriander/parsley). Grill until lightly browning.
Ooooo my mouth is watering just thinking of it - haven't had it for months.
With LC knowledge I'd even put a few olives/achovies to give it that extra boost of protein.
