Are you eating a lot of eggs? That could do it. Honestly

Some of the veggies (eg brocolli) could be doing it?

If you were fine before your Christmas break, it could be your body re-adjusting to this WOE. Give it a few more days and see how it goes...

I have produced some record breaking stinkers in my house too. So give your body some time and just blame the dog.

Are you eating alot more raw veggies then before you started this WOE? It could be just your body adjusting. Eggs could also be part of the problem, some people may be sensative.

Are you eating anything at all with sugar alcohols? Malitol has that effect on me nastily.

Also your system may be cleaning out depending on how bad you took time off for the holidays. The massive carb influx may of messed with your system.

Hey Pet,
I know that I get painful gas from sorbitol... are you eating anything with that in it, sf candies or anything? I once had sorbee gummy bears, and only 5 little bears just about killed me it hurt so much....

Too many sugar-free chocolate products (chocolate coated protein bars, Atkins Endulge bars, etc.) can certainly cause really nasty emissions!!!

Also, lots of Texas BBQ brisket does the same. As does blackened chicken on a caesar salad. Those are my top three culprits.

Do you make your own? If not be careful BBQ sauce can have something like 30g carbs per tbsp. The stuff is almost pure sugar
