Cool Another Trainer Dan Question

First off, Dan, Thank you for all your help on this forum. I know you are really appreciated here as an exercize expert!

What do you think of the Body For Life Style workout program? I am currently Low carbing and following the BFL work out.

Also, how often do you reccomend changing exercizes for each body part. That is, should I use the bench press for chest for 4 weeks, then change to something else? Or is changing the exercize even necessary?

I'm overwieght, as you can see from my stats, but I would like to tone up as I slim down.

Thanks for your help!

Don

Default hey Jersey!

BFL is a good program. For more on it, check the BFL forum that we have.

Exercises should be varied every 4 to 6 weeks to prevent stagnation. Make sure your select exercises that use all the area of a muscle to promote even development.

And ... what part of Jersey are you from? LOL.

Oh, right. I just notcied you're from Jersey too. I'm in Roxbury. That's the north western edge of Morris County, near the Sussex County border. Right by Lake Hopatcong.
