Question Sweet & Low?

Hi,

Just wondering...can Sweet & Low be used or is it considered a "trigger"? I see most sugar substitutes mentioned here, but never this one. I like to use about 1/2 packet in my coffee and with my occasional glass of iced green tea. Otherwise I use Splenda.

Any input is appreciated!

Thanks!

Porbably, no one mentions it because it tastes yucky (IMHO) and not very many folks use it!

Everything I have read says to limit sweeteners to 2-3 but Sugar Busters recommends sweet n low. Personally I used to combine sweet and low with nutrasweet to get a really sweet taste but now since lc I have been using Stevia which is calorie and carb free and pretty good in green tea. It takes some getting used to in coffee. I find it at health food stores.
