Smile 4TH Day of Ind., Feeling MUCH BETTER!!

Today is my 4th day of induction, and I'm feeling soooo much better!
The last time I posted I was "feeling nauseous", and that was my 2nd day.
My 3rd day was AWFUL, if there was a day I would give up, that would have been it. I came home from work early, and went straight to bed, that night however, I started feeling better.
I have yet to cheat (well there was that half bottle of Diet 7-up:rolleyesheehee.
Ummm anyway. Thank-you to all those who wished me well, and posted helpful tips and motivational messages! You don't know, or maybe you do, just how much your encouragement helps us when we are struggling.
Thank-you.
Ariella

Glad to hear you are feeling better. Usually that crummy feeling only lasts 3 days, then you wind up with an energy surge.

Welcome and glad to hear you are feeling better!
I had a bout with carbs this morning. I took a fiber mix that had 2 grams of sugar, and boy was I sorry. 2 hours later I felt like crap, and like I was hungover, but I made it through the day, and feel better now.

We can all do this, and we can turn to each other when the going gets rough.
