Hi Atlee,
I did see your posts from earlier. I'm just wondering how to put it into FitDay. If the carbs go up, then does everything else? KWIM??? Where would I actually find this information. I'm also looking for the nutritional info. for my coffee too. I use the general from FitDay but would like to know the actual.
