Unprocessed meats should have 0 carbs, but there are sometimes fillers and such in things like sausages, deli meats, etc. Spices also have carbs. Cheese has a few carbs.... varying from 1/3 to 1+ carb/ounce. A large egg also has .6 g carb. Taken alone these are not great quantities...but if you eat them, especially in any meaningful quantity, the carb grams should be counted. Have you discovered www.fitday.com ?
