Default Hello Everyone. I'm new here.

Hi everyone.
Day 1 for me. I am a 44 year old mother of 3. I work full time in sales and I work 11 hour days.
I am definately affected by carbs. If I can get off them I lose the sugar cravings. I definately believe in LC. It's the only way I can ever drop unwanted pounds.
I was always slender as a child and a teen and foolishly believed I could eat whatever I wanted. No problem until I was in in my early 20's. Then 30's. Then I started having babies!!! Slippery slope. Every decade added 20 lbs.
I am five years away from 50 and I want to look and feel younger.
Looking forward to meeting fellow LC-ers and losing weight with all of you.

Welcome!

And from one mother of three to another - honey, with three kids, you *NEVER* work 11 hour days - you're working all the time

Good for you for getting started now - I began my LC journey five years ago at the age of 46, and not a moment too soon!

Cynthia

Phew! You are one busy lady. I also raised 3 kids and totally agree with Cynthia above - you never work only 11 hours. LOL

I started LC a year ago at age 54, best thing I've ever done for myself. Welcome aboard and I look forward to talking to you again.
